Helomi is a lifestyle companion and health educator, NOT a medical doctor or emergency healthcare provider.The insights, cycle phase predictions, AI chats with Tara, and medication reminder alerts provided by Helomi do not constitute clinical diagnosis, medical prescriptions, or emergency intervention. In the event of acute symptoms, severe pain, or medical distress, consult a certified physician or call 112 immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Helomi mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use Helomi. Users under 18 years of age should use the platform with parental or guardian awareness.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, Stealth PIN, and biometric lock settings.
3. Acceptable Use of Services
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Helomi mobile app or backend APIs.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or harassment.
- Upload malicious payloads, corrupted media files, or attempt to breach AWS Mumbai infrastructure.
4. Teleconsultations with Registered Clinicians
Where teleconsultation bookings with certified female gynaecologists are offered, Helomi acts as a technology intermediary connecting patients with independent, verified healthcare practitioners. Clinical recommendations, prescriptions, and medical opinions are the sole professional responsibility of the treating clinician.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, vector geometries, design tokens, characters (Tara), and proprietary algorithms of Helomi are the intellectual property of Helomi Health Inc.
6. Termination & Right to Erasure
You may terminate your account at any time by utilizing the in-app deletion button or our Account Deletion portal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms or compromise system safety.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
