What happens when I request account deletion?

Your user profile, cycle logs, symptom history, medication alerts, OCR scans, and AI chat transcripts are permanently purged from all active databases and production servers within 24 to 48 hours.

Can I delete my account directly inside the app?

Yes. Open the Helomi app, go to Profile (Me) > Security & Privacy > 'Delete My Account'. Confirm with your PIN or password, and your data is instantly erased.

Do I need the app installed to delete my data?

No. This web page provides a direct, accessible path for users who have uninstalled the app or lost device access to submit an account deletion request.

What data is retained after deletion?

Only financial transaction invoices (if you purchased a doctor teleconsultation) are archived strictly for statutory accounting and Indian tax audit requirements, as mandated by law. All clinical, reproductive, and health records are irrevocably deleted.

If you have the Helomi app installed on your phone, you can initiate an instant, self-service wipe:

Open the Helomi app on your Android or iOS device.
Tap the Me (Profile) icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down and tap Privacy, Security & Stealth PIN.
Select Delete Account & Erase All Data.
Confirm by entering your password or authentication PIN.
Tap Permanently Purge My Data.
