• Actionable Morning Movement Alarm: Tracks 3–5 squats using Google ML Kit 33-landmark pose detection to dismiss morning alarms. The video stream is processed entirely on the local device GPU/NPU at 30 FPS. Zero video frames or facial images are uploaded to any server.

• In-App Deletion: Navigate to Me > Privacy & Security > Delete My Account. Upon confirmation, your profile, cycle logs, medical records, and chat transcripts are permanently erased from all production and backup databases within 24 hours.
• Web-Based Deletion: If you uninstalled the app or do not have your device, you can request full erasure at any time via our web portal: helomi.health/delete-account or by emailing privacy@helomi.health.
• Right to Export (Data Portability): You can download a structured JSON/PDF longitudinal report of your complete health records at any time for clinical review with your gynaecologist.
